SoccerPod was
developed by soccer parents who wanted to
watch their kids' sports and record them on their camcorders
at the same time. SoccerPod has
several advantages including
camcorder on a 13ft tall tripod that can be easily controlled
by a
person sitting comfortably in a chair watching real time game
action on
the full laptop
screen.

8. Drives power from the laptop. An entire battery and
battery charger are available to reduce dying of
laptop

Windows 2000, XP ot Vista, a
minimum of 2 available USB
sockets, a 1-4 USB hub is available to accomodate
older
laptops with only one USB
socket
Extra Features:
The software includes automatic game
tracking by image recognition, but it is difficult to use in real games due
to
similar player uniforms and ball blockage behind players, etc. Thus
manual operator control of the SoccerPod
is highly
recommended.
